Development and application of creepage distance measurement system for zinc oxide arrester

چکیده

Abstract Arrester is used to protect various electrical equipment in the power system from lightning overvoltage, working frequency transient overvoltage impact and damage. Zinc oxide arrester widely system. Creepage distance a necessary item of performance test. It project for factory testing centralized network access testing. At present, measurement creepage mainly adopts artificial method paper tape or wire measurement. In this paper, developed by using three-dimensional reconstruction laser vision detection, which realizes one-click fully automatic detection distance. The field application results show that not only solves problems heavy workload low accuracy manual methods, but also displays real time, significantly improves reliability flexibility work, shortens time work efficiency.
